Pierce College Stem is a building located on the Pierce College campus. This building houses the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) sections of the college. The project has a very vast span of applications as it there are vacuum, gas piping, as well as plumbing. The project is three stories, and includes rooms housing physics, biology, chemistry, as well as storage, and prep. The plumbing centers around two water heaters in the basement, serving both potable, and nonpotable systems. The building has many emergency showers and eyewashes requiring the addition of mixing valves to regulate the temperature of these systems
