Burman Design is on the team for this new large-scale, destination library that will be approximately 95,000 sq feet on two levels. Plumbing systems include serving multiple restrooms, misc. support spaces and below area parking garage with drains and oil water separator.
A catering kitchen is located on the roof level for events and roof top gatherings.
